CHRISTIAN YOUTH MINISTRY
CHRISTIAN YOUTH MINISTRY
LOVING TEENS
LOVING JESUS
WHAT IS CYM?
Christian Youth Ministry is our programming reaching 7th-12th grade students in the area who meet every Wednesday night, 6-7:30pm.
CYM is led by Youth Minister, Terran Weaver and amazing adult volunteers who are caring and passionate in leading our youth in their walk with Christ.
GET TO KNOW TERRAN.
Terran accepted her call to full-time ministry in March of 2021. She is happily married to her highschool sweetheart, Andrew. Together they have two children, Silas & Slade.
Terran loves being a farmers wife. She enjoys home cooking & baking, drinking coffee, thrifting, golfing and playing volleyball whenever she can and is a loyal fan of the Iowa State Cyclones!
At CYM, our youth ministry is all about relationships. Our goal is to connect youth with adults who know them by name, accept them, and pray for them. We also aim to introduce and help center students on Christ.
We would love to have your teen come visit and experience what is happening at CYM!
We highly value our relationship with one another. We look to grow through fellowship & ultimately growing closer to God. We value the word of God & the leadership of the Holy Spirit. We look to extend grace to all of the lost & broken & lead those with no hope to the hope of Jesus Christ.
TOGETHER
we are a community of believers. What does that mean, the word community? We believe that together in fellowship we grow closer to God and one another. The bible speaks about "iron sharpening iron." We believe that together we grow stronger. We are a community of believers.
