About the Bible
We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and the final authority on all matters of faith.
2 Timothy 3:16 | Hebrews 4:12-13 | Romans 15:4
About God
We believe in one God who created all things and who exists in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Genesis 1:1 | Acts 17:24-28 | Matthew 3:16-17 | John 14:9-10
About Jesus Christ
We believe that Jesus Christ is God's Son and was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died on the cross, was resurrected from death, and ascended to heaven where He sits at the Father's right hand. We believe that Jesus will come again to claim his bride, the church.
John 3:16 | Matthew 1:18 | Romans 5:6-11 | John 20:24-31
About the Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit dwells within all believers, empowering our lives with His presence and power to live a godly life and accomplish God's will.
John 16:5-15 | Romans 8:10-11 | 1 Corinthians 3:16
About Sin
We believe that man willfully sinned against God and is therefore lost and without hope apart from Jesus Christ.
Romans 3:23 | 1 John 1:7 | Acts 4:12
About Death
We believe that death seals the eternal destiny of each person. The saved will inherit eternal life whereas the unsaved will be eternally seperated from God.
Romans 8:9-14 | Daniel 12:2 | John 6:47
About Salvation
We believe that salvation comes by grace through the blood of Jesus Christ.
Matthew 26:28 | Romans 5:8-11 | Romans 6:23 | Ephesians 2:8-9
About Receiving Christ
We believe the Biblical pattern from receiving Christ includes acknowledging that Jesus Christ is God's Son, repenting from personal sin, and inviting Christ to be Lord of your life.
1 John 1:8-9 | Romans 6:1-7
About The Church
We believe that the church is the body and bride of Christ and consists of Christians everywhere.
Matthew 16:13-18 | Acts 2:14-47
About Baptism, Communion & Dedications
We believe in water baptism by immersion for those who have accepted Christ as their Savior. We practice regular observance of communion as a means of remembering Christ's sacrifice and death on the cross. We perform child dedication to acknowledge the parent's desire to raise their child in the ways and instructions of the Lord.
Matthew 3:13-17 | Matthew 28:19-20 | 1 Corinthians 11:23-26 | Proverbs 22:6
